Youth and Teen Ministry
Camp Sunago takes place at Pinecrest Campground in beautiful Ozark country near Fredericktown, Missouri. Pinecrest is a heavily wooded retreat center about 80 miles south of St Louis. It provides excellent facilities run by the Church of the Nazarene. They go out of their way to make our time there successful and rewarding. We are the only group on campus for the week.
Camp Sunago has all the sun and fun that you have come to expect from a resident summer camp. The Sunago difference is found in our top quality, nationally recognized bible teachers, challenging missionary guests, and bible memorization program.
Our well rounded program will leave your child challenged from God’s Word, excited about world-wide missions, encouraged in their Christian walk, and ready to face their world unashamed of the Gospel.
Camp Sunago is a ministry of South County Bible Church in cooperation with the Greater St. Louis IFCA Regional.

Youth and Teen Ministry
Encouraging and Equipping Youth for Service in the Local Church
Like no other time in history, youth are looking for real answers to life's questions. They want to know truth, not just trends and traditions. Our Youth Group at SCBC, is all about communicating truth...Biblical Truth!
Our Youth Group believes in and promotes absolutes for young people like:
Scripture tells us to be ready always to give an answer for the reason of our hope. Young people need to know the Bible, not just about it. We provide a complete Biblical curriculum including survey, topical study and an in-depth look at doctrine.
Each time we gather, there is time set aside to break into smaller groups and discuss the truths discovered in the Bible Study time as well as an opportunity to share prayer requests and offer encouragement in the students walk with Christ.
Service in the Local Church
Christ did not come to be served, but to serve. In addition to a consistent intake of the Word of God, we strive to provide training opportunities for service in the church and outlets to serve in the community and neighborhood.
"These words which I command thee this day shall be in thine heart." One of the greatest spiritual weapons available to youth today is scripture memory. We participate in IFCA Bible Quizzing as an outlet for encouraging systematic memory of large portions of God’s Word.
We recognize that teens also need an outlet to just have fun and be with like-minded believers. We provide monthly activities and outings designed to encourage the inviting of new individuals (saved or unsaved) and to build lasting friendships.
Special Needs Adult Ministry
Friendship Club is an exciting new group for adults with special needs. No matter the ability or need, all are welcome. Activities include games, singing, prayer time, refreshments, Bible study, and small groups.
When: Alternating Sundays, 3:30 PM
Where: South County Bible Church, Bottorff Hall
Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you -Matthew 28:19-20a
South County Bible Church is committed to making disciples of Jesus Christ both locally and around the globe. We are committed to supporting the following families on a financial basis as an extension of South County Bible Church. Would you commit to praying for these families as they serve our Savior?
